About me

I’m an engineer and neuroscientist by training from the University of Waterloo in Canada and ETH Zurich in Switzerland. Recently, I've been building sensor processing pipelines for focused ultrasound experiments, designing policy and training interventions to tackle the research reproducibility crisis, and writing essays on how intelligent systems should evolve in transience to generate meaning and resilience. This site collects my essays, notes, and work experiences: a loose graph of what I'm learning and building.

I care deeply about an intersectional approach to developing technology for an equitable future. To work towards this vision, I engage in readings and conversations with technologists, policymakers, and citizens to promote cross-pollination of social and cultural ideas that form the bedrock of emerging regulations and behavioural trends. My hope is to be part of a global effort to shift the conversation on technology towards a collaborative endeavour that prioritizes the well-being of all over existing capital incentives for the privileged. If that resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
